My bet is it's positional. Check her
for good back support and to make sure the babies are up high enough that she's
not bending her neck downward to position and keep everyone on.

Subject: nursing twins/headache
has any mother of twins ever reported that she developed a headache
while
nursing both babies simultaneously but not while nursing one
individually.
the babies are now 4 weeks old. mom didn't nurse them at the
same time
until last week and that is when the headaches began. am
wondering might
it be hormones or stress or drop in blood sugar level? usually
it happens
in the evening not at other times of day.
