Dear Lacnetters,
We are currently reviewing our policies for Breast milk administration--to
avoid giving the wrong milk to the wrong baby. We would like to know how
other institutions are currently treating this matter. At this time we are
not double checking this, but are moving toward a second RN to check, as in
blood administration. Also what type of documentation is done? Thank You.
