I agree with you, I should have been more clear. Thanks for reminding me.
Given the number of mothers I have who live on sweets and soda while nursing
(sigh!), it's a good thing that the kids do ok! I'm actually amazed on a
daily basis at what indivdual people can eat and still survive- even in our
wealthy and over-fed society. Up here in the Northern midwest of the US,
over-fed does not mean (and often is in direct opposition to)
well-nourished.
