I like your new verb!  The finished product makes it crystal clear that
the risks increase when deviation from the norm occurs!

<However, when the people
who are interested in breastfeeding use language about 'exclusive bf
having
the potential to reduce bf transmission', it shows just what dire
straights
we are in.  Surely it should be:  "deviation from the biological /
physiological norm of exclusive breastfeeding:does  this have the
potential
to increase the transmission risks of HIV-1?"

May I coin a new verb? (With apologies to Diane.)  The language and the
thought processes in this paper need to be 'wiessingerised'.>
