Ruth Lawrence spoke here recently, and brought up the vit D issue. I asked
about daycare babies who never see the sun, and she said they're taken
outside during the day at daycare. Not having had a baby in daycare, I
couldn't respond with any certainty, but I sure can't picture most
facilities taking babies out. Is there any kind of regulation about it?
*Is* it done?
