The suggestions of heat, and time, and attention to positioning ( sometimes
moms feel this more sitting up due to the gravity pulling down the milk even
faster,  than they do lying ) down, ) if it is muscular in origin, perhaps
some Calcium/Magnesium supplementation of mom might help if this is
cramping/spasming of some kind...treat the muscles here like other muscles,
in a sense...
