Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I always thought one of the 'risks' in
m/waving bottles of milk (breast or otherwise) is that the m/waves continue
to 'cook' the milk for a few minutes afterwards. So we can take milk out of
a microwave, shake it, mix it, but then if it goes straight in the baby's
mouth the risk is that the milk will be hotter in a few minutes time and
possibly burn the baby's mouth or throat.
