Increased residuals in preemie receiving high foremilk content feedings.

This is a distinct possibility, but not an indication for formula!!! Simply use a more "normal" mixture of brmilk. Breastmilk is easier to digest since it comes with lipases which help digest the fats more quickly than the fats in formula. But very high foremilk may cause a delayed gastric emptying, and thus inc residuals.
