I saw this woman on Good Morning America and I must say I was not that
impressed.  I felt no need to run out and buy her book.  My personal thought
was all of us are baby whisperers and  listeners, more than anything, as LCs.
     It saddens me deeply that this woman has been given such attention with
her lack of understanding of the significant role of breastfeeding.  We all
acknowledge that breastfeeding will not work for some and we mourn for those
involved.
     We are educators however, and need to recognize our ability to influence
and change outcomes with information, her role and ours, how sad...
     What do you bet this woman chose not to breastfeed...
