A double electric hospital grade pump is a must, but you may also need the
extra large flange that you insert into the other flange to fit the big
nipples. Mom will have to continue with breast exposure, so baby continues
to realize that is where the milk comes from. Getting baby way up on an
Avent with wide open mouth for Supl. will also help until it is time to
latch. We have had some of these moms with nipples the size of a silver
dollar and baby bird mouths to go with them. We could get them latched and
transfering, but when mom got home she wasn't successful on her own. Pumping
and ebm is necessary for a while. Good Luck,
