Sadly, the moms with the largest nipples always have the babies with the
smallest mouths!  It is one of Jan's classic oroboobular disproportion
problems.  The trick is to   keep  baby fed and milk supply thriving until
baby grows enough to accept the nipple and reach the sinuses.  Dr Jack's
compression helps a lot in this situation too.  Decent dbl  pump almost a
necessity.  The most extreme I've seen takes about a month to work out.
Another mom kept pumping for 6 mo and baby never did get on breast.  Mom
had nipples sort of double, like a figure 8 sideways, extremely large and
