Does anyone know who first came up with (or at least put into wide
circulation) the term "sustained breastfeeding". What an excellent
replacement for "prolonged" or "extended". Apparently Ted Greiner has
used it for some time. Can anyone cite me first references? Kathy D.,
was it yours? (I know that "natural period of bf" would be better, but
I'm trying to make just a gradual shift in attitudes here in my little
town.)
