IBCLCE does have a website at
http://www.iblce.org/
and they have a LC registry but not what you are looking for.

A few years ago I was going to add apage to my site of IBCLC's but several
people from this list expressed concern over the legal liability of it and
told me not to do it because it could be taken that I was recommending these
people and if they gave bad advice to someone I could be liable..... it
seems pretty far fetched to me, but I didn't do it.... what is the thought
on that now?
