Just so we remember that the "conservative" food, in a pinch, comes from
Mom.  Which would likely be worse for a very fragile baby - 72 hour
refrigerated human milk or formula because the 3-day-old human milk was all
the NICU had on hand from the mom?  If I were a mom, I'd be horrified to
find that the NICU had plunked for formula in that case.
