There is no reason to imagine that the dose for the baby of the
acetaminophen would be at all of any concern.  The concentration in the
blood will result in breastmilk levels which will not harm the baby.

As far as I know, the acetylcysteine is given IV and probably has very low
oral bioavailability.

If in doubt, continue breastfeeding!!!!  The risks of not breastfeeding need
to be taken into consideration.
