Karen,
I'm a big tea drinker and not much bothers my stomach in general, but I
tried Sleepy Time tea several years ago, for several nights. Had some of the
worst stomach aches of my life. Also happened when I tried chamomile tea. I
know, it's supposed to be soothing! Just another case in point of how
"supposed to be" does not always translate to "is". Everybody's body handles
things differently.
Food (that is, tea) for thought.
