I can believe it....but here in the UK there is a one-size-fits-all
shield (or rather, one size fits no one). One manufacturer has two
sizes, I think, but in most pharmacies you can get one and one only.
I rarely see a mother using a shield where it really fits well enough
to allow a good latch.
Our market mustn't be big enough for a range of shields.
