Dear Jan, It does sound as though this Mom could have some altered
anatomy...I did see a Mom with a similar presentation who had a
reduction-very odd looking! I'm assuming this isn't the case, however.
 You didn't mention and I'm curious to know what happens when the baby
nurses? Did the first try with no milk transfer?
