Well I think that's a bit closer than comparing it to choosing natural
birth over elective caesarean (ELUSCS). There may be some rare and usually
minor problems for a baby born by eluscs, but it's the mother who assumes
the majority of the risk of her choice. Whereas with feeding choice it's
the baby who assumes a major and life-long part of the risk - and had no
choice in it!
