Valerie, regarding the question about sage.  My friend who is a doula used
sage essential oil for another friend (doula also) who had hyperlactation,
and her milk ducts near the chest wall were chronically backed up for a few
weeks.  She used one drop in some carrier oil, and applied it to the
congested area.  It worked, and helped to relieve the pressure.  I don't know
how many capsules of sage herbs, or how much tincture would diminish milk.  I
hope someone else knows.  Don't worry about what is in Thanksgiving dressing.
 There is not enough in dressing to decrease milk. Hope someone else knows
