Hale also says in the grand scheme of life-long battle vs chol, "stopping
lipid-lowering drugs during pg and lact should have little impact on the
outcome of long-term therapy in primary hypercholestesterolemia."  In other
words, stop obsessing !  Be pg, nurse the baby and then get back to drug.
