I have been asked about a woman who is leaking bloodstained colostrum
antenatally. She is about 7 months pregnant, has been finding a few
drops of blood leaking each day, for the past month or so.

Is this the same as some women who get bloodstained colostrum, without
sore nipples, while feeding? I have seen this a number of times before
and know that it clears after a few days.

Should we be worried that this has happened this early?
