I saw that there was no reply yet to your message.
With court cases I have no experience, but with Osteogenesis Imperfecta I do.
About 2 years ago I had a client which baby was born with severe O.I. .
I have posted at Lactnet and got a few replies. SO there must be something
about this in the archives.
