Hello,
Many of the ductal thrush cases I've worked with this summer were not helped
with Diflucan.  Perhaps we are seeing a resistance in this area.
Most moms I saw had excruciating letdowns at the onset of nursing, with
varying degrees of pain as the feed continued.
Perhaps this is your mom's case?
