Dear Gail,
I just wanted to address a couple of the items you mentioned on this Mom.
There should be no concern of the baby getting the cancer while pregnant
unless the cancer invaded the placenta, and even then this is rare.
I'm not sure why the baby cannot receive the expressed milk now. Since the
Mom is not being treated this milk should be fine.
I hope the best and speediest treatment for this Mom.
