I can only chime in with my own experience, when
nursing DD...my MER stayed VERY strong (it'd shoot way
across the room!) up to about 6 months PP.  It finally
calmed down around 7-8 months PP, but still dribbled a
lot then.  It felt sore in the nipples/breast during
MER until a long time past 8 months.

If I was v. full though, the MER would be stronger.

I don't know anything about the nausea/destructive
feelings prob. though!!!  That one is a bit different
from what I experienced, to say the least (I thought
oxytocin should give you feelings of love!  ;-)).
