I had OSS/OALD with my first and remember feeling that
if only I had a toddler who could "pump out the first
letdown" wouldn't it be much more fun than a real
breastpump. ;-)

I personally would think that it would likely depend
on the mom's production, no? I mean, if Mom has great
(overabundant) production, there shouldn't be any
problem, but a mom who has a hard time keeping up with
baby, etc., perhaps it would be wise to let the
younger one nurse first. The toddler nursing can only
really *help* supply, I'd think, as it would stimulate
more, and produce more...but probably better to get
the toddler to do it on the "empty" breast rather than
the baby.
