Here is some text about the card :
The card is titled "Sakels Nursing their pets." These pets appear to be tiny
goats.They have latched onto the breasts of the two women.There are several
children nearby.The card was postmarked in Penang Malaysia in 1908 and sent
to Akron,Ohio.The message is in a foreign language that I can't translate

It is very different..... anyone know anything about it?
