Yes, have heard of night sweats in BF, experienced them myself, and now
that I'm past menopause can tell you that they have been annoying during
this phase of my life.  I think  they are related to hormonal changes.  Mom
can get an estrogen based cream from her dr for vaginal dryness and also
there is an over the counter lubrication (astroglide maybe) that I've heard
very positive things about.
