Sally, I have had all of these unpleasant sensations with let-down on
occasion, especially when my babies were very young, and especially in
connection with oversupply and very strong let-down. Lot's and lots of
oxytocin, I think. I have some of it with the pump, too, but as we all know
many women have stronger oxytocin responses to their babies than to the pump,
not so? Ask her whether it reminds her of anything she has ever felt in
labor, maybe.
