I agree with the possibility of Reflux and allergy with this baby. Almost half of babies with reflux have a CMA. Reflux, as Barbara stated , can cause the respiratory challenges, but also the Cow's milk itself can cause nasal stuffines. I concur with the remedies Barbara described as well as elimination of cow's milk from the mom's diet.
