Yes, and they are "friendly", "concerned" and easily "hurt" if one
insinuates any questionable motive for their friendly behavior.  It IS hard
to not like them personally and it is hard to dissociate dislike for their
company's marketing from dislike for them.  Most of the my hospital based
colleagues I know like the rep first and the company second.   Carla
