This is my second child, but first time bf.  I am hoping someone can help
answer my questions i have.  I am wondering if there is an herb I can take
that will increase milk supply?  I know that putting baby on the breast more
will increase supply, but i need to know if there is another way, herbally?
I have heard that MILK THISTLE will increase supply.  Does anyone know if
this is true, or how i can find out?  I read that FLAXSEED OIL (because it
is rich in omega-3 essential fatty acids), can increase supply, also GINKO
BILOBA and THYME.

I also need to know what i can do to help my baby girl to stop biting down
on my nipples?  SHe doesnt even have teeth yet, and it hurts!  I am so
afraid that when she gets teeth that i will have to stop bf, and i dont want
to.  Can someone give me advice on how i can get her to stop bitinng down?
I watch her jaw the entire time she is nursing, but it is too hard to do
that and try and pull her off when i think she will bite down, cause i find
myself pulling her off too much and she doesnt get to nurse much cause of my
fear.  Suggestions?

I am also wanting to lose about 14 pounds.  I really want to use the herbal
diet called THERMOLIFT, because i know it works, which is similiar to
METABOLIFE, but I dont know if i can take it while bf?  Does anyone know of
an herbal diet that is safe to take while bf, or how i can find out?  Has
anyone ever heard of the herb called BLADDERWRACK also, cause i read it
shouldnt be used while bf?  I have gotten all my bf herbal info from

is a trustworthy site?
