Do you have Gail Hertz's Little Green Book?   It's a quick pocket reference
(2 x 2 inches, I think) on breastfeeding, made for residents -- she wrote and
published it when she herself was a resident, I believe.   It's great -- I'd
buy 'em for all the students, if you have even a teeny budget (I think it
costs $2?) and if not use it as your syllabus.   Unfortunately I can't find
her telephone number this second but you can get her email addresss out of
