It appears that both do have the ability to increase supply, as far as I have
found in researching milk thistle recently--Dr. Low Dog recommends it. I have
always recommended and personally used blessed thistle, which is the herb
most herbalists I know recommend. I recommemd a combination of fennel,
blessed thistle and fenugreek.
