The Little Green Book is a pocket reference on bf for use by hospital house
officers.  It costs a couple of  bucks or maybe three, including the "pocket
breast" made of cardboard that is tucked inside, and is a great gift for the
potentially-but-perhaps-not-all-that-effectively bf-friendly residents in
your life.
