I think the next question to this challenge will then
be: *which* human milk? Foremilk or hindmilk? Milk
produced from a woman in Sweeden who eats a diet
consisting of mainly X, or from a woman living in the
US eating a diet consisting mainly of Y? Milk from a
woman who is 6 weeks post-partum, or who is 40 weeks
post partum??? Will they have cows producing human
colostrum, cows producing human "beginner milk" and
cows producing human "follow-up milk"???
Of course human milk is somewhat "standard" throughout
the world, in that it changes, but is fairly similar
from one mom to another...but it *does* change, that
is the point...so who are they going to model it
after?
