I heard that Governor Whitman (NJ) signed the 48-hour d/c law last
pm...(6/28). Alicia Dermer probably has more info on how the law reads, don't
you? (Actually, Alicia, *I* would be interested in how the law reads if you
have any info & time to post to me)  It will be interesting to see if it
