She can try the progesterone only pills, the mini pill, for most moms this
is sufficient to control the endo, if she is not having a period yet the
endo will not spread, it spreads each month when a woman menstruates. I have
endo and when I was pregnant and breastfeeding were the best , pain free
times I have had. I would encourage this mom to continue bf as long as
possible, esp. if she is not having her period yet.
