I was talking to a mum about Fenugreek ( after bad medical advice caused
her to drastically reduce her milk supply at 2 1/2 month pp) and was
talking about the vanilla/garlic studies that showed increased intake.

So I started wondering if the strong odor mums get when they take
fenugreek might be part of the action of increasing milk supply. Do
babies nurse longer and take in more milk because of the taste of
fenugreek in the milk I wonder?

Jusst a thought.
