we went through something like this.  My daughter called her father 'daddy
baddy' and she too was breastfeeding (until nearly 4th birthday).  My
husband was really ok with it, though it was hurtful.  He said that he
realised that, at that age, she was unable to distinguish the love and
positive feelings she did have for him from the overwhelming experience of
still being an person unseperated from her mother.  It passed off with time
and gentle reminders that there were things she enjoyed with Daddy and ways
that Daddy was better than Mum.  Perhaps it helped that our older child has
always adored his dad.  Also, my daughter is now 12 and is still a prickly
and complicated person to love, although very loving to both parents *some*
of the time!!
