Looking at the dome-shaped bottle, in my opinion, I just see one more attempt to supplant breastfeeding. As a RN & LC, I am not going to take on the responsibilty/liability of advising mothers to add additional holes to the bottle nipple as recommended on their website. It also doesn't look very soft & soothing to snuggle up with it to me. It would be nice if they added research to back up their trade-marked assertion that it is "the best alternative" to breastfeeding. I spend enough time educating women as it is that they do not have an udder or a sac of milk with a limited volume in their breast which many of these alternative feeding systems seem to suggest to new mothers with the various claims of being "closest to breastfeeding".
