there are indeed different ways of defining HIV depending where in the globe
you are.

Yup, in the discussion about HIV it is almost impossible to find *one thing*
everyone can -- or does -- agree on. Makes it really frightening to know
that this is the issue that is likely to have the greatest impact on
breastfeeding in this decade.
