This may be off-base, but a thought comes to mind. If a baby is being
supplemented b/c of low milk supply, an increase to exclusive bf can cause a
change in stools to normal consistency, which could comparatively seem like
diarrhea. Anyway, I have never seen this problem, but anyone can be sensitive
to anything and there could certainly be an occassional sensitive baby.
