Nancy, you've summarized my thoughts exactly. I suspect that we will find
that our traditional favorite galactogogues work well when there has been
simple mismanagement type stuff. However, if there are hormonal problems
involved, there isn't going to be a one-size-fits-all galactogogue to fix
them.
I'd love to see more studies done, and they need to start on moms without
hormonal issues.
