Dear Denise, actually it is a computer file of "factoids worth keeping".  I
also have a file for drugs, addresses, articles, etc.  I just move the
e-mail to  the pertinent file.  Sometimes I wander thru them and delete
out-of-date stuff.  I think Pat Gima has a much more sophisticated system,
maybe she will comment.  I'm basically computer challenged and use 2
fingers to type :-) My brain works about like yours, usually on overload
:-)  Trying to remember where I read something frequently drives me crazy.
