Ugh, this is just poor writing. This should read, Im sure, that breast cancer
risk can be changed by factors like diet and breastfeeding. Some good diets,
and breastfeeding can LOWER the risk. It was poor organization of words to
write it like this, and may scare some people unnecessarily...
