That is surely the most absurd reason for not breastfeeding that I have
heard in a long time, and deserves to go into Linda Smith's "Stupid Reasons
to Wean".

Not breastfeed because *if* the baby develops myasthenia gravis, he *might*
not respond to the medication????  What about if the mother doesn't
breastfeed, and the baby thus develops diabetes and doesn't produce his own
insulin?
