Per Dr. Hale's 1999 book "Medication and Mothers' Milk":
"...It may produce significant digital anomalies in an exposed fetus.
Administration of many calcium channel blockers during lactation is not
generally recommended, but few reports are available."
Looks like maybe not the best choice for a nursing mom...
