Perhaps a viable alternative to "honorary member"  would be simply to
present her with a plaque acknowledging her support of breastfeeding.  Would
still provide the publicity opportunity, without getting as politic about
it.  By the way, if Hiliary and Mrs. Bush are also supportive, do the same
for them.
